Privacy policy

Effective January 1, 1970

Delaware Maternal Health 360 is a public directory of maternal health resources across Delaware. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

The short version. You can browse this site, search the directory, and use the map without giving us anything or creating an account. We do not collect health information about you. We do not sell anything about you to anyone.

What we collect when you simply browse

Standard web analytics, through HubSpot, which hosts this site: the pages you view, roughly where you are (from your IP address), the browser and device you use, and the site that referred you. HubSpot sets a cookie so it can tell repeat visits from new ones.

We use this to understand which resources people look for and where the directory has gaps. We do not use it to identify you personally.

What we collect if you send feedback

The site carries a feedback widget so anyone can report a correction without needing an account. If you use it, our feedback provider receives whatever you type, a screenshot of the page if you attach one, and technical details about your browser. Please do not include personal health information in feedback.

What we collect if you are a provider with an account

Provider accounts exist so organizations can list and maintain their own entries. If you register, we collect your name, your email address, and the organization you represent. Your email address is how the system knows which listings belong to you.

When you submit or edit a listing, everything in that listing is reviewed before it appears publicly.

We also convert a listing's street address into map coordinates using the US Census Bureau's public geocoding service, so the resource appears on the map. Only the address is sent, never anything about you.

Cookies

These are the cookies this site sets, and how long each one lasts.

CookiePurposeLasts
__hstcMain analytics cookie: domain, visitor token, first, last and current visit, and session count6 months
hubspotutkIdentifies a returning visitor; passed with a form submission so records are not duplicated6 months

__hssrcDetects whether you restarted your browserUntil you close the browser

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you across other sites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The directory and the map work fine without them; only the provider sign-in needs them.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we honour it.
